Property Management
This includes all of the above
1. Tenancy inspection's carried out on your property 3 times throughout the year.
2. First point of contact for tenants and landlords on all issues
3. Any repairs that need to be carried out can be dealt with by our maintenence division , no work is carried out with your express authorisation
4. 24/7 emergency contact number available for both tenant and landlord
5. Professional and experienced assistance provided on any legal and PRTB issues.
